— Rules of Use

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and mnok (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the mnok website, its casino and sportsbook products, payment services, customer support channels, and any other features or content offered through mnok.org.

By accessing the mnok platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and mnok:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, and storage of your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing deposit limits, self-exclusion, and player welfare tools.
• Bonus & Promotions Policy — governing specific wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and time limits applicable to individual bonuses.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplementary policy documents listed above, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise in relation to a specific subject matter.

mnok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or on-platform notification with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the effective date. Non-material clarifications may be applied without advance notice. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on mnok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for individuals.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of mnok.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from mnok or had an account closed by mnok for conduct violations.
• You are not subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or guardian instruction that restricts your ability to enter into binding agreements.
• You are registering only one personal account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

mnok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. This may include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

mnok employs automated age-verification checks at registration and reserves the right to undertake enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account where there is reasonable cause to suspect underage access. Any funds deposited by a verified underage user will not be returned and will be donated to a responsible gaming charity.

To access the full range of mnok services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on mnok. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — will be identified through automated detection systems. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, mnok will close the additional account(s), void any associated bets or casino rounds, and forfeit any bonus funds. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be transferred to the primary verified account at mnok's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mnok will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from mnok, you should treat it as fraudulent and contact [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the account settings dashboard.
2. Enable two-factor authentication if not already active.
3. Contact mnok support at [email protected] without delay to report the incident.

mnok will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security, shared login details with a third party, or delayed reporting a suspected breach. Where mnok's own systems are determined to be the cause of a security breach, the Platform's liability is limited as set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before the first withdrawal and may be required at other points as part of ongoing compliance obligations. mnok uses standard KYC procedures consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. All User data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with the mnok Privacy Policy.

mnok supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as follows:

• Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): Minimum deposit ৳200; Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Crypto (USDT TRC-20): Minimum deposit 10 USDT; Minimum withdrawal 20 USDT.
• Crypto (BTC, ETH): Minimum deposit and withdrawal equivalent to $10 USD at prevailing market rate at time of transaction.
• Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts have higher limits.

All deposits are credited to the User's account balance in real time or within a maximum processing window of 15 minutes, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. If a deposit is not reflected after 15 minutes, the User should contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed by mnok within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request for standard accounts, and within 4 hours for VIP-tier accounts. Crypto withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times which are outside mnok's control. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing.

mnok does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers (such as network gas fees for crypto transactions) are the User's responsibility and will be deducted from the transaction amount where applicable.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Where this is not possible, mnok support must be contacted to verify an alternative withdrawal method. mnok reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to an alternative method.

mnok offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the accounts being reviewed for closure.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times).
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage — this will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• mnok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, in which case the original bonus terms will be honoured for the active period.
• Bonus abuse — defined as behaviour that exploits promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, hedging bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a profit, using bot-assisted play, or coordinating with other accounts.

Specific bonus promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting events — such as BPL season promotions, ICC World Cup campaigns, Eid reload bonuses, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal offers — will have their own dedicated terms published on the promotion landing page at the time of the offer. Those specific terms supplement and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict on a point specific to that promotion.

Free spins awarded as part of a welcome package or weekly promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of award unless stated otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirements specified in the accompanying promotion details.

By using the mnok platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all Users without exception.

You are obligated to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration, KYC verification, and all interactions with mnok support.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or organisational gambling purpose without mnok's express written consent.
• Comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and financial transactions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnok platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. If you discover such an error, you are required to report it immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards mnok support staff or other platform Users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account closure that has been applied to your account.

Violation of any of the above obligations or prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of bets and casino rounds, forfeiture of bonus funds, and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where there is evidence of criminal conduct, mnok reserves the right to report the relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All content available on the mnok platform — including but not limited to the mnok brand name and logo, website design, layout, colour schemes, graphics, text, icons, navigation elements, game interfaces, odds presentation formats, promotional materials, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of mnok or is used under licence from third-party rights holders, including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mnok platform for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any of the following actions:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the platform's content without mnok's express written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the platform's software.
• Creating derivative works based on mnok's content, design, or branding.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically downloading odds, game data, or other content from the platform by automated means.
• Using the mnok name, logo, or branding in any external communication, promotional material, or website without express written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party providers (such as slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and crash game engines) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. Any disputes regarding the functionality or fairness of third-party game content should be directed to mnok support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on the User's behalf.

Any User-generated content submitted to mnok — including support chat transcripts, feedback forms, or promotional entries — may be retained and used by mnok for service improvement and internal compliance purposes, in accordance with the mnok Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mnok's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mnok shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if mnok has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings resulting from a technical fault, system error, or service interruption that is beyond mnok's reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Losses arising from the User's reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform, which are provided for entertainment purposes and do not constitute financial advice.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, blockchain network congestion, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic, or government action.

In the event of a malfunction or error that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or balance information, mnok reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore the User's account to its pre-error state. This applies even where the User has already been notified of a win or has been credited with funds arising from the erroneous event.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute with mnok, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. mnok commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 days. Where a complaint relates to a specific bet, game round, or payment transaction, please include the relevant transaction ID or round ID in your communication to expedite the review process.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, having due regard to the laws applicable to online gaming operations. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
